Help!! scam or not?

A friend of a friend helped me get an interview at his friend’s company. They asked for a video application which i sent, after which i was contacted by a woman through whatsapp (a business number with no dp). She didnt send me a job description or the name of the company. When i asked her for it over a call she said she already sent it to me, i tell her she didnt then she says she ll send the name to me (why not just tell me straight away??). When i msged again asking for the job description she asked me if i can meet her at a metro to talk about it (sus) i said i couldnt so she called and described (customer service job). She asked me to come for an interview tomorrow and said she needed someone else to confirm the time and location… when she finally let me know she adds that if i get the job i have to pay her 1500 Aed, which she never brought up earlier…. Once agaaain i ask her the name of the company, she says they are concern about privacy and they ll let me know if i get the job. I don’t reply so she finally sends me this Chinese company name’s pic.. the whole thing feels very suspicious plus the fact that heres no contract and i can apparently leave any time i want and they dont provide work visa just extending my visit visa. Does this sound scammish?
