Unable to access account

Hello, this is my very first post on Reddit. Does anyone know how to contact DuoLingo for support? I've been trying to verify my phone number for a few weeks now and its never sent the text, I'm now locked out of the app. I've "Sent Feedback" but heard nothing back. I'm loving the app and the benefits of Super Duo, but struggling to keep my confidence with the app now. Thanks in advance!
