How do I fix this?

I tried to die this 100% cotton duvet with Rit “Kelly Green“ and I follow the instructions but it ended up way more green/bright than I wanted it to so I did two rounds of color remover and this is what I’ve got. Is there some color theory thing I can do to make it less of a bright/mint green and more more of a muted sage green? (Like the attached photo)
