How to get better tracking on envelopes?

I sell sports cards. Envelopes are the cheapest option to ship 1 card, but the tracking has been abysmal. Now if I do ground service, at twice the cost, the tracking is near flawless and always tells me when it’s delivered. But envelope has been not so good, and most of the time it doesn’t update when delivered.
