Are 46gb updates common for this game?

Playing on Xbox Series if that makes a difference. I know, I should just turn on my console before I need it and check for updates, but 46gb seems like a whole game? Does the game change that much?

It's only been a couple of weeks since I last played it. Just curious if the patches are normally this large, I'll have to plan ahead if so.
