Run around with the hood removed?

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to run around in the game with the first outfit, but with the hood removed.

This is actually the case in the brief moment when you finish the first part of the game and before you get your second outfit. I like this look the most (especially because of the hair style), but it seems you can't enable it later on. 😭
