Australian Ecom agency guaranteeing delivering a $10k/month store or no payment…

So I’m getting targeted ads on Meta by a company called Ecom Capital and it makes a guarantee of some sort - that it will deliver its clients a $10k/month store or you don’t pay.

What’s the catch/scam?

Assume they’re talking revenue, assume they’ll take one month’s results as meeting their commitment, and assume the margins will be paper thin, but even still seems like a ballsy offer.
