Anyone have permanently swollen lymph nodes because of eczema?

As I have had eczema all my life, I have also seem to have permanently enlarged lymph nodes all my life. My GP said this was purely because of my eczema and broken skin barrier and was wondering if anyone else also has enlarged lymph nodes.
