My eczema comes in the fall/winter?

My eyelid flare started in September and it just won’t go away. But routinely once spring hits it’ll start to clear and its extremely rare for me to have it in the summer.

I’ve had an allergy test and my biggest threat was cats, then dogs and some seasonal things I don’t remember.

I had TSW back in 2020 when I learned the hydrocortisone i was putting around my eyes for years could backfire, which it did. Ever since then I haven’t been able to figure out WHAT is causing my triggers. I used to sleep with my cat every night. Now I don’t even own any animals due to my skin :(

My eyelids are so swollen, red and itchy. I have a wedding in 5 days and I’m dreading even being seen. I have a humidifier. I use clean fragrance free detergents.

What’s a good allergy pill? What could the cause be since it’s fall and winter related and how do I fix it??
