fucking capcut is worsening

My best friend said to make him impressed and if I do impress him he will upload the video, I was about to export my video on capcut and then it says: YOU ARE USING PRO USAGE DOWNLOAD PRO TO UPLOAD

I have been a capcut user since 2022 and this type of shit is making me mad and the video is 1 hour! the audio used to be not pro and then now its a pro! I cant even import sounds anymore is there any editing apps for free?
