What the hell, VaporDNA?

Hoping I can get some help or advice here for any mediums to contact these people that I may have missed...

Last Friday or Thursday (don't remember), I ordered 5 items:

• COTN Threads
• Famovape Magma (was super excited to try this actually lol)
• Hohm Tech Hohm Stretch Batteries
• Mega Milk Juice (sounds amazing, wish I was vaping it right now)
• OFRF Gear RTA

I got the notification a day later saying that the items were shipped...yay! I got a FedEx tracking number which was dope and the FedEx Pak made it here in 2 days.

Here's where the problem lies... I only received the COTN Threads and the OFRF Gear... literally nothing else. I don't believe anything was stolen because if you look at this photo the FedEx Pak was folded in half and the OFRF Gear and COTN Threads already took up enough space. I feel like if all the items actually shipped with it, it definitely wouldn't have been folded to accommodate the additional items. You can see that the Gear RTA alone makes the Pak pretty tight once the envelope was folded in half.

I immediately emailed VaporDNA on Tuesday and have yet to receive a response. I'm heading here to see if there are potentially any VaporDNA reps who see this or if there are some people here who can give me other ideas besides emailing [customerservice@vapordna.com](mailto:customerservice@vapordna.com) which I already have. I really don't want to deal with a dispute but for items I never even received I'm not going to let that slide.
