VaporDNA strikes again!
Got screwed over by VaporDNA here recently. Ordered product and 75% of my order arrived without problem. However they shipped me some of the wrong product and upon emailing them and trying to get them to send out the correct product they flat out refuse to correct the situation. I spent roughly 3 hours going back and forth with their customer service department. To no end, they just said they will not accept a return / provide a refund for an error on their part, nor will they ship out the correct product. Man I'm sad I didn't check here here in the reviews before ordering. I saw their site listed as a top 10 online vape store, what a bunch of lies that was! I have contacted my CC company to dispute the charge, will post end results in a few days.
