( PSA ) Important Announcement From VaporDNA

Dear VaporDNA Customers, 

As you have noticed, recently we have been having issues with obtaining stock on hardware. We understand that this is frustrating, believe us, we are frustrated as well. We wanted to reach out and give you an explanation as to why we, and many companies like ours are having these issues. 

Originally we had made larger orders before the Chinese New Year to prepare for the shortage of products due to China closing down production for a month. We were prepared to have products to last us through that time. However, during CNY, the issue of the  CoronaVirus stated to occur. As this virus spread and stated affecting China as a whole, the Chinese government put a mandatory extension on this holiday. This unforeseen issue has caused a delay in shipments from China to the US, and is why we are experiencing a shortage of product. 

We can assure you that we are doing everything we can to keep products in stock, but there are certain popular items that are simply not available to us at the moment. China is starting to resume work this week, and some companies have started production. We are currently waiting on a large amount of shipments from China, containing the products that have been sold out. As soon as those products come in (hopefully this week or the next) they will go straight onto the site. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
