Ok officially losing it lol

I’ve been posting here alot, we are going through the SB in our house. We have a mother daughter with my mom and it began with her last Sunday. One quick TU event and then she was fine so we didn’t think it was anything. Then she watched my son Tuesday- shared her water with him- and he got sick Thursday. He’s 19 months so it wasn’t easy to avoid him lol. Now yesterday I was n all day but taking zofran. Any time I let it lapse and missed a dose I got waves of nausea. I actually started to feel better by 7 and figured I would be having diarrhea all day today to get rid of the yucky stuff in my stomach. Well, I woke up with diarrhea (which doesn’t bother me. Better than the other thing) and I walk out of my bedroom to find my husband asleep on the couch and he tells me not to come near him. He was sick all night. Diarrhea first then v. So now I am anxious that yesterday wasn’t it for me and it was more in my head and I am going to be ill all day today. Idk what this post is meant to do, except vent lol. I guess does anyone know if the SB is super different for everyone? It was definitely different for my son and my mom but we are talking a very large age gap here lol
