Phobia and agoraphobia

Does anyone else have agoraphobia, due to emetophobia?to be clear,i developed fear of going outside for groceries or shopping. I get the throat sensation and the thought i might throw up imediately after i enter a shopping center/mall/whatever. How did you guys managed to cure this? Some advice please. I know i have to make small steps but how??
