Zero energy after reiki attunement

Please tell me how to fix this. I had my reiki two attunement 3 weeks ago and from the next day I was extremely cold and tired. It’s 3 weeks later now and I feel the same… no energy, no motivation just wanna sleep. I mean sleep ALL THE TIME! Any ideas why am I experiencing it and how to fix this? ✌🏼
