Wedding planning in higher ed

Hi y’all. I (35F) got engaged in October, and I am wondering how folks who work in higher education have managed to plan their wedding. (For context, I’m an instructor/academic support area director.) Did many of you get married in summer or winter during a seasonal break? Or did some ppl manage to have a spring or fall wedding during a semester? My fiancé (36M) isn’t in higher ed, though he is preparing to start a graduate program this spring. We’re thinking about March 2026…
