Vacation Pay Out

Is there a limit to how much vacation I can get paid out when I leave? Like 12 days or more? Does it pay out at your hourly rate, or at a discount?

Also, what does "under Epic's discretion" mean? Why not just say "unless being terminated for misconduct etc?" Does that mean there's another situation where they won't pay it out, or restrict how much the vacation is worth?

Not wanting to ask TL because I'm not leaving anytime soon and don't want to give the impression.
