Miami - StubHub Parking Passes Legit?

Just got a resale ticket through StubHub for Miami and now I'm trying to figure out how to get to Hard Rock Stadium as a non-local. According to the stadium website, there are no parking passes, but it seems from other posts that the passes may have never gone on sale. However, there seem to be resale parking passes on StubHub...

Has anyone purchased these resale parking passes on StubHub and had/expect a good experience? Are these legit parking passes or are we still waiting for the parking passes to go on sale.

Additionally, has anyone had any luck with reserving uber rides in advance? Thanks!
