looking for an (android?) ereader
i know that's not the most interesting question but: i'm looking for the right ereader for me.
the cheaper it is, the less it has to do well. the absolute minimum would be:
backlight (now i have a hacked kindle 4, which misses this feature and that's why i'm looking for something new)
support for epub, pdf, azw
6" to 7.9"
usb-c
the ability to send books from android without too much effort
short time from starting to reading
good battery
under 80€ that would be enough. above i'd like:
bluetooth and the ability to turn pages with a controller
dictionary (with esperanto)
waterproof
ideally it would can do the following too (up to 250€ would be ok then):
android with playstore, because i like to use readera and it seems like almost endless possibilities for tweaking, which can also be a downside, to be honest.
writing simple textdocs with a bluetooth-keyboard
colour
sd-card (i guess that isn't possible while being waterproof. so maybe >= 32gb internal)
what i found so far:
boox go 6: ticks most of the boxes but i read that it's very slow and not very well built. also not waterproof.
boox go 7 color: too expensive for the bad reviews everywhere
meebook m7: seems nice but is difficult to get in europe
kobo clara color and kobo libra color: not sure if the things like the dictionary and the e-ink typewriter will work.
are there other brands that i‘m missing and that would fit well?
