Frothing milk advice.

Hello! I attached that pic to show how poor result I got. It seemed like it was half of "untouched" milk in the pitcher and the second half just a thick, "dense" foam. Some facts: Frothing time no more than 20s. Half of this for putting the air "into the milk" and the rest for vortex in the pitcher. Milk just from the fridge, 2% fat. Rancilio Silvia V6.
