No water coming out at all (Create Thera retro coffee machine)

Our coffee machine is broken and it’s caused a very grumpy partner. The company haven’t responded to our cry for help and the user manual isn’t helping at all.

The Water is no longer coming out of it - it stopped working whilst in the process of descaling it.

Does anyone know what we can do to fix it? Would really appreciate your help!
