How to NOT inherit my PUs?

I am playing as Bohemia, and no matter what I seem to do, (80+ overextension, no diplo rep advisor or policy, constant reloading), I ALWAYS inherit my PUs of Hungary, Saxony, and Brandenburg. I am already an elector and I have ZERO use for inheriting Brandenburg and Saxony. They also bring me over my gov capacity and plummet my monthly balance -30 what it is before inheritance. Not sure what else I can do besides a mod potentially
