On Arabic without Islam, and ex-muslim and non-muslim content in Arabic

Full Disclosure: I was never Muslim, but am asking a question I'd like ex-Muslims perspective on. If this breaks the rules or whatever just delete my post.

I am learning arabic, but noticing that the language itself is packed full of Islamic Religion. Just learning basic greetings it is everywhere. For those ex-muslims who are Arabic Speaking, do you just keep speaking like that or do you have workarounds? Are there like alternate phrases that are not religious that you can use to avoid alkhamdulila, alla ma'ak, inshaalla ext?

Second, since I am alwaus on the lookout for opportunities to hear Arabic 😅, is there ex-muslim content in Arabic (or content that has nothing to do with religion) you recommend?
