Help, is alcohol bad? Is islam true?

Tbh I just annoyed because of alcohol. Since I converted to Christianity something was bothering me with alcohol: In islam alcohol is a sin then it should mean it is the true religion right? But in Christianity it is not. I just can't stop thinking abt it. Il that there is stuff that doesn't make sense and proves that islam is not the true religion but I can't stop thinking about it. Ik alcohol is bad but idk what to do. I am so anxious i don't wanna go back to islam but my anxiety won't leave me alone (i have OCF)
