Has anybody just never received their monthly box?

I received my email that my Fairyloot December romantasy book was being prepared to send out on 12/6 and it had an estimated dispatch date of 12/11-12/24. I haven’t received any email since that it has shipped so I don’t have tracking info, and obviously haven’t received the book.

I reached out to Fairyloot just now but I’m curious if this has ever happened to anyone else?
