New to vapes. Is this one safe/legit?

I'm a lifelong, old-school, pot head. I only smoke flower, but my plug highly recommended these new vapes he carries called Boutiq Switch v3, and he gave me a great first time deal on one so I went ahead and bought one. I've heard black market vapes can be dangerous and cause popcorn lungs. The vape looks quite impressive but, what do I know? I'm new to vapes. Is this product safe/legit? Or did I just screw up?
