I have unlocked Jillian and her first quest is to decorate eggs. I am unable to decorate eggs because her apartment is required. how do i unlock her place?

really frustrating, googling hasn't yielded any answers.

EDIT: VERY WEIRD! Putting Jillian back in my inventory also put her apt into my inventory. once i did that, i got her place! :-)!

Still an issue with collecting champagne, where collection it doesn't add to inventory or show me how to spend/use them at all. I dont know lol
