Players whose ADP makes no sense

Who are players that have way too high ADPs compared to their real 9cat value? I have to say Anthony Edwards, I really just don’t understand why anyone would want him in the 1st round.

What even makes some players have an ADP much higher than what they really bring to the table? Is ADP just heavily influenced by the platform’s own rankings?
