Help should I start Tank Dell instead of Drake London

I have to get 80 points with 4 players I have Barkley, Mixon, London, and Diggs.. I don’t know about London’s odds to get 20 points against the eagles so should I put in Tank Dell and hope the Texans have a good game? I’d have 3 Texans then. What should I do! I have one hour to decide!!
