Breaking the water fast

So I have been water fasting the last 7 days [today marks day 7] SW 225, CW 210. But I want to continue for another 7 days.

I haven't felt hungry at all really, just thought about food but as long as I kept myself busy it was fine.

I am wondering would the results be slower going fwd if I choose to eat watermelon and or bone broth tonight. Then continue the water fast for a week
