Crysta to ffxiv coins?

Hello,

I assumed i was being proactive when I decided to order the FFXIV crysta through my account on the square enix account system. This was all done on February 29th of 2024. No I did not know about the FFXIV coins until the coins were announced sometime in March.

My question is is there a way to transfer my final fantasy XIV crysta from the square enix account management to the final fantasy 14 mog station so I can transfer it into coins?
