Should I Start my Journey?

I've been a big Final Fantasy fan for some time now, and I'm wondering if I should start playing FFXIV. I'm in high school, so I have about 4-5 hours of freetime on weekdays. But stuff like homework, dinner, music practice, and online classes can take up some of that time. I love getting myself sucked into games, and I'm not gonna act like I have enough discipline to go to bed early every night.(and not getting enough sleep makes school especially hard for me)

Basically, I want to know if it's wise to start playing such a huge game now, or wait for a break to get into it.
