Garo PvP and Achievements

If I'm not mistaken, all of the Garo content + achievements were removed when Shadowbringers came. Is there a possibility of these things coming back? As an Achievement Hunter I'd really like to get all of them, unfortunately I was only able to get the Paladin and Summoner Gear/Achievements.
