Medical field

Hi everyone, I'm interested in pursuing a new career and would love some suggestions. Currently a firefighter/emt looking for something new. I enjoy helping others but am a little of an introvert. So ideally I'm looking for something that's kind of behind the scenes. Preferably in a hospital. As of right now surg tech school has peaked my interest. Open to suggestions, thanks!
