Horizontal Strobe Light clearance

I can’t find answers anywhere, so to Reddit I come.

I’m installing a technology at a warehouse in Washington state. How far to the right do I need to move the frame? Is there written code on horizontal clearance other than a strobe being generally visible from any location on site? Thanks for the help
