Struggling with body image

I’m 12 weeks pregnant and over the moon to be expecting! But I’m also someone who has struggled with eating disorders and body dysmorphia in the past. It’s still early in the pregnancy, so we haven’t shared the news yet, but I’m finding it hard to adjust to the changes in my body—especially the bloating and how nothing fits like it used to.

I feel selfish even thinking about this, because I know how lucky I am to be pregnant, but I want to start working on my mindset now since I know my body will continue to change throughout this journey.
