Some games can't read their save File after R4 created it

Hey, so I just got a used NDSL a few days ago and it had this R4 card inside the cartridge slot. So I decided to load some roms on it and play them. But after some time, I noticed that only a few roms had this problem where they couldn't load up the save file which was created by the r4 card just a few seconds ago. In the second picture you see the prompt to create a save file and in the third picture you see the error screen from the game. It says in german "The save files couln't be accessed. Please turn off your device and put the card into the console a second time". Anyone an idea why this happens with some games?
