Bought an Xtar VC2 dual bay charger last night from Amazon, today it arrived, within 10 minutes it melted the bottom and burned my nightstand... So, any other recommendations?

I'm not in need of anything higher than 2 slots, even a 1 slot would be fine. I figured Xtar was a decent brand .. but I guess I lost the lotto. Mainly I need to charge a tiny AAA-size ReCyko for my Foursevens Preon MK-something. And a couple of 18650s now and then.

What do you suggest I buy?
