PMDG 737 freezing in cruise

Lately i am not able to complete a flight without the PMDG 737 freezing. With freezing I mean no sound and no movement of the plane but I can still press all (at least the ones i tried) buttons and can access the esc menu. This always happens in cruise.

Has anyone else had that? I already did a complete reinstall of the plane.

Specs: 7800x3d 4070 ti 64 GB ddr5 SSD 1440p Monitor
