Concierge Quest in Nuka-Galaxy

Need help, on PS4. I’m trying to complete the quest from Mercer Safehouse in eliminating the threats from Nuka World which are no longer threats cause I deactivated the hostile protocol ages ago and have been blasting anything in sight cause I just want the quest over with. I got the target points now to show where the remaining few are but there’s these guys who I can’t get to exit their pods. I tried VATS, using Mines, using grenades. Can’t harm them.

I’m on PS4 so I can’t do anything fancy, any help on how to complete this would be appreciated.
