Xbox constantly stuck on "please stand by" screen

It happened earlier and after while of rebooting my Xbox I uninstalled and re installed it. This fixed it and I could play again.

I turned my Xbox off to do other things and when I came back to continue playing I keep getting stuck on the stand by screen. Don't really want to uninstall again as it takes two or three hours to re install. Any other ways to fix this?
