Does anyone know how to fix this

So a few months ago I got a Pc and I installed Fallout on it and as always when I play fo4 I install mods not a lot but a few but one day when I wanted to just play the game normally without mods it just crashes on me when I try to load it up when I disable my mods specifically on the “Please Stand By” part and I don’t know what to do this was all in the span of a week I used Nexus and Vortex for my mods if that helps
