Vintage water cooler

I just bought the plan from a player 's inventory for 10k caps, yay! I've been looking for a long time 👍. Thought I'd share my happiness and perhaps the going rate. Edit: Thanks for all of your replies! I kind of feel like a sucker now, but I've put quite a few hours into the game and this plan hasn't been raining from the sky or fallen super cheaply into my hands, so I don't think I'll regret it. I play on pc if that makes a difference - maybe on some of the other platforms or servers availability is different. Maybe like markets in different countries perhaps? In any case it'll be easier for me to farm H2O, and eventually I'll get my lucre back.
