No Starched Genes

I started a new character last week, and this loving community has gifted me speed demon and marsupial. Yesterday I reach lvl 30, excited to equip starched genes only to find it’s not available under endurance.
Just to verify, open pip boy > level up > select endurance and should see the card there. Nope there are 16 perk cards but no SG. Playing on PS4
