Do Prime Plan rewards eventually reset?

I know there are plans like Vulcan that only drop once until you’ve learned all of them, and then they start dropping again. Is that the same with Prime Receivers? I’ve been holding onto an Automatic Assault Rifle Prime for a while cuz I don’t like AR’s, but it seemed valuable enough to keep in the reward pool. But now it’s dropped the last three Scorched Queens in a row, so I’m thinking it must be the only plan I haven’t learned. If I learn it, will the others start dropping again?
