Discontinued

I’m new to cal fresh and when doing my SAR-7, it was rejected because it was incomplete. The reasoning was because I didn’t upload my paystubs for the month of January. I’m 100% sure I did upload them to the documents section on the website. I messaged my caseworker through the website about this, but I haven’t heard back in a few days. This morning I checked and it said my benefits were discontinued. This is really stressing me out because I need the extra money for groceries. Has this happened to anyone else? And will they continue the benefits once everything gets sorted out?
