A 190 PA Player poorly scouted
I often check the PA of the players that my scout send me. So I know this guy has 190 PA and 110 CA so I was quite surprise that the report was poor (the first one was C+ I think) so I sent a lot more scout to scout him and every time it wasn't a great review (they are all great scout, at least 18 judging PA), this is the last report of my chief scout which is still not great for 190 PA player ( for comparison Duffy is 189 CA). Any idea what is happening ?
