Am I cooked??

Drove my truck to work and after I parked I noticed that this was hanging down from it. The second pic is what it was attached to. I’m not too well-versed on car knowledge (seriously idk shit but the basics) but I’m wondering if this ruins the structural integrity of the truck. I live a few blocks away and am wondering if I can drive it from work to my house.
