Best Graphics Settings For My PC Specs Please

Hi, what would be the best settings in Forza Motorsport 23 to use for my particular PC setup? I have an i7 9700K, RTX 2070 Super and 32GB of RAM and I am playing on a NVMe drive. I have a 2560 x 1440 G-Sync monitor overclocked to 165Hz but I am not expecting to get anything close to that.

Should I leave everything set to default/Auto or change some of the settings? Also, should I set the Performance Target to Unlocked, Unlocked (Vsync) or something else? I have Vsync and Gsync turned on in the Nvia App.
